1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd9t ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). The Terms apply to all services offered through the bd9t website, mobile-optimized site, and any associated applications or tools made available by the platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bd9t platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of any updated Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend that you revisit this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read alongside the bd9t Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and a specific promotion or bonus offer document, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bd9t, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. Persons under 18 are strictly prohibited from using the platform. bd9t reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under a court-ordered guardianship arrangement may not use the platform.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on bd9t. Maintaining multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: All information you provide during registration and at any subsequent point must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information — including false date of birth, false name, or false payment details — is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not a bd9t employee: Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of bd9t, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not permitted to hold or use a player account on the platform.

bd9t reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Where eligibility cannot be confirmed, the platform may suspend access, withhold withdrawals pending verification, or permanently close the account in question. Any funds deposited by an ineligible player may be returned to the original payment method, minus any applicable processing fees, at bd9t's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of bd9t services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must complete the registration process and create a verified player account. Registration is free of charge.

• Registration information: You are required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number linked to your preferred payment method (e.g., bKash, Nagad). All fields must be completed accurately.
• Account verification (KYC): bd9t may require you to submit identity verification documents — including a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. • Username and password: You are responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your bd9t account and for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times. • Two-factor authentication (2FA): bd9t strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication on their account. 2FA adds an additional layer of security and significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized access.
• Unauthorized access: You must notify bd9t immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party. bd9t will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Account ownership: Player accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise deal with your account or any funds held within it to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

bd9t supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods specifically selected for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Accepted payment methods: bd9t currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), and City Bank. Available methods may vary and are subject to change at bd9t's discretion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. • Bet acceptance: A bet or wager is only valid and binding once it has been confirmed and assigned a unique bet reference number by the bd9t system. Bets that have not received confirmation due to technical error, connection interruption, or system failure are not valid and will not be settled.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd9t platform. Any player found to have engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate account suspension and may be permanently banned from the platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Using false identity documents, providing incorrect personal information, or impersonating another person during the registration or verification process.
• Bonus abuse: Registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, exploiting loopholes in promotional structures, using automated tools to place bonus-qualifying bets, or engaging in any behavior designed to extract value from promotions in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
• Money laundering: Using the bd9t platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering scheme or to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds. bd9t complies with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, insiders, or match participants to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event, casino game, or other wagerable outcome available on the platform.
• Automated betting tools: Using robots, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with games on bd9t without prior written consent from the platform.
• Unauthorized access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the bd9t platform, its servers, its databases, or another player's account through any means including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Abusive behavior: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language toward bd9t staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

bd9t reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a request from a player to self-exclude under the platform's responsible gaming framework.
• Receipt of a legal order or law enforcement request requiring account restriction or closure.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 — including being under 18 years of age.
• Sustained period of account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months with a zero balance.

Where an account is closed at the player's own request or due to standard inactivity, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard KYC verification. Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, bd9t may withhold some or all funds pending investigation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content available on the bd9t platform — including but not limited to the bd9t brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game content, text, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of bd9t or its licensed third-party suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Permitted use: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bd9t platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
• Prohibited use: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bd9t platform without the prior written consent of bd9t. Screen-scraping, data mining, and the use of automated tools to extract platform content are expressly prohibited.
• Third-party content: Game content provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing agreements with bd9t.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bd9t and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or financial losses arising from gaming activity — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bd9t has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• Platform availability: bd9t does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect platform access. bd9t will not be liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime.
• Third-party game providers: bd9t is not liable for technical malfunctions, errors, or service interruptions originating from third-party game providers. Where a game malfunction results in an incorrect payout, bd9t reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players.
• Internet connectivity: bd9t is not responsible for any losses arising from connectivity issues on the player's side, including mobile data interruptions, poor network coverage, or device failure during an active game session.
• Maximum liability: In all cases where bd9t is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their bd9t account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bd9t's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Amendments to These Terms

bd9t reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bd9t will provide notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of the current Terms. Your continued use of the bd9t platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be processed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bd9t platform.

• Informal resolution: In the first instance, bd9t encourages players to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavor to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly, typically within 5 to 10 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.
• Escalation: Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may escalate the matter in accordance with applicable legal procedures. bd9t will cooperate fully with any lawful dispute resolution process.
• Language of proceedings: All dispute communications, correspondence, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the bd9t Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd9t with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
